Perma-Crete® LTC Concrete Block & Masonry Surface Filler

A 100% acrylic lightweight block surfacer that can be applied to surfaces with a pH of 6 to 13. This versatile primer/block filler smooths out surfaces before topcoating. Perma-Crete® LTC concrete block and masonry surfacer is a premium interior/exterior, lightweight, acrylic latex block filler and surfaces for all types of properly perpared concrete and masonry surfaces.
